Events Entrance Policy
All events are open only to trade and professional visitors over the age of 16. Management reserves the right to request proof of age from individuals who look under 16 and refuse entry if this is not provided. Under no circumstances will prams, babies, pushchairs or buggies be permitted. No exceptions will be made.
Competitions and Promotions
By entering all competitions and promotions run by Beauty Exhibitions Ltd, you will receive communications from Beauty Exhibitions Ltd and its competition sponsors and partners, in relation to the competition.
No cash alternatives will be offered. All prizes offered in relation to an exhibition must be collected at that particular event and will not be sent in the post.
Beauty Exhibitions Ltd require all processors to securely protect your data and only retain data for as long as they need. Online payments will be taken via HandePay Merchant Services, depending on the product or service, via our website. The payments taken online will be via a secure payment gateway and will appear on your bank statement as HandePay Merchant Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any requests for refunds must be received in writing within 21 days following an event and will be reviewed by management with no guarantee of a reimbursement. Any refunds will be issued minus a 10% administration fee. The company accepts no responsibility for circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation, postponement and rescheduling:
In the event that Beauty Exhibitions Ltd cancel an event, competition or promotion, we use reasonable endeavours to notify you within 21 days of the event and offer a full refund.
In the event that Beauty Exhibitions Ltd postpone or reschedule an event, competition or promotion, we will automatically transfer your booking to a new date/location within a 15 month window. Your purchase will be moved to this new date and we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of this change using the email address you gave when making your original purchase. Beauty Exhibitions Ltd will have no obligation to refund any purchases made in this instance.
If the event is rescheduled, Beauty Exhibitions Ltd cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
You should always check that an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to vary the dates and opening and closing times of our events, to vary programme(s) and to close, remove or cancel aspects of the event for any reason but not limited to technical, health and safety and operational issues. For avoidance of doubt, the full value or part value of the ticket will not be refunded nor will compensation be payable.
Tickets and other purchases will be receipted and sent via email or through the Show App prior to the event.
All events will be photographed and filmed with the intention of the images being used for the purpose of marketing and publicity for any future event. By registering for and attending an event you acknowledge that a photographer will be present and you may appear in a shot. Beauty Exhibitions Ltd has the right to use the images as they wish. Any images taken from our website must be referenced and credited to the event. If you do not wish to be featured in photographs please do not book a ticket.
By registering for all events run by Beauty Exhibitions Ltd, you will receive communications from Beauty Exhibitions Ltd and its sponsors and partners, in relation to the events.
Transactions During the Event
Beauty Exhibitions Ltd is not liable for any transactions undertaken at any events between attendees and exhibitors or sponsors of the events. Any complaints please contact the sponsor or exhibitor directly.
Data Collection – Booking Tickets
For all Beauty Exhibitions Ltd events you will be required to book a ticket in order to attend. To access the exhibitions and conferences, you will be required to purchase a ticket which you will need to bring with you to the event in order to gain access. Without a purchased ticket you will not be permitted access.
Beauty Exhibitions Ltd request that your data is supplied and a series of mandatory questions are answered to enable us to understand the demographics and requirements of our audience for each event.
Beauty Exhibitions Ltd will contact you with show information which they deem relevant including product updates, special offers, education, planning your agenda for the event and exhibitor and sponsor information. If you have registered for an event which requires you to present an entry ticket on arrival this will be emailed to you prior to the event to print out to bring with you to the show or downloaded in to the Show App.
You may also receive a post-event survey in order to allow us to analyse the performance of the event, demographics of attendees, reasons for non-attendance and to understand how to improve future events.
You (the purchaser) warrant that the tickets are purchased for personal use.
You will not sell or transfer any tickets to any third party as part of any hospitality package including but not limited to ticket offers combined with food, drink or entertainment.
We (the event Organiser) reserve the right to refuse entry or remove the bearers of the Tickets who contravene these terms or pose a security risk, nuisance or has in their possession prohibited items (including but not limited to chemicals, drugs, weapons or offensive material).
You will indemnify us in full for all costs incurred as a direct result of any claims arising from any breach of these ticketing conditions (including but not limited to claims from those refused entry or removed from the event or experience). All vehicles (and their contents) parked within any car park operated by the venue are left at their owner’s sole risk.
Exclusion of Liability:
We do not accept any responsibility for accident, injury, loss or any indirect costs or damages to any visitor attending our events whilst undertaking any activity unless it is directly due to negligence of the Organiser. Our entire liability created from your online purchase and acceptance of your order shall not exceed the total price of the Goods or Ticketing itemised in your online order.
Coronavirus Terms of Entry
The purchasing of tickets for our events constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of the following requirements which have been put in place to assist our staff and protect all visitors.
You understand and comply with Government requirements regarding COVID.
Where you buy a ticket for another person, you will make that person aware of these requirements.
You will comply with any health checks requested by the venue or Organiser.
You will observe all social distancing protocols and wear any PPE (such as face masks) in accordance with the Government guidance in place at the time of the event.
Arrive in good time to go through all the necessary entry procedures.
Be aware your temperature might be taken before entry.
Follow all signage and instructions of staff, officials and emergency services present at the venue at all times.
Only attempt to access areas that you are entitled to under your Ticket.
Maintain good hand hygiene including but not limited to regularly washing hands, using hand sanitiser, avoiding touching your face and observing coughing and tissue etiquette. Avoid hugs and touching other visitor’s hands.

Any complaints regarding our events must be received in writing via email or post within 21 days post-event to allow us to action and respond.
